If it is about the challenge itself, it disables all of the bonuses from equipment for the duration of the challenge, including adventure stats so you will need bonuses from other sources to compensate.A good way to get EXP at the beginning is to do around 30 mins rebirths. With 30 mins, you'll get through the Basic Training and reduce each one by 10%, and you'll reach the next rebirth time marker for your Number, and you'll cycle through all those bosses over and over again, every 30 mins.
